Logistics management is about efficiently and effectively managing the resources available to organisations in the supply chain to meet customer needs at the lowest possible total cost (optimised logistics service). A good service is given by our ability to meet the commitments made in terms of time, place, form and quantity. Thus, this subject will cover topics such as land, sea and air transport, warehousing principles, WMS/WMS management systems and reverse logistics, among others.
